We believe that money is how most power is obtained. Money acts as an incentive to do things. For example if people didn’t make money from working they wouldn’t be doing it. Money can buy it’s way to power. For example money can buy other companies to put themselves at the top. The real reason people want to be rich isn't so they can buy things, It's so they can have power over others. People want influence and earn respect from others they believe money can do this for them.

Money acts an incentive to many. People wouldn’t see a point to come to work if money wasn’t an option. One of the primary means employers turn to in their efforts to improve employee motivation is to increase productivity, efficiency, and profits in the companies product. Bonuses and incentive pay schemes are often looked at as a means to change employee behaviors from do the minimum to overachieving. This technique puts the boss or leader in a higher power.

Money can buy it’s way to power and earn respect from others. One example would be Bill Gates net worth is currently 94 billion. He has earned respect from his peers and with the money he has made he can now get others to do his work for him developing new computers and softwares. Bill Gates was an entrepreneur, but with all the money he has made he could buy his way to the top of other companies.

Money is how most power is obtained. Without money the world would be a different place full of people who don’t want to or know how to work. With money you can buy business, make products which you can gain more money and influence through. Remember money makes the world go round.
